If you have been threatened with a lawsuit for negligence, or you have damaged property, we are here to help and are standing by to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Assess the Injuries or Damage 

 If an accident has occurred take steps to record names and phone numbers of witnesses and detail the events surrounding the accident.

Report

In case of a fire, accident or theft, once the situation is under control, contact us immediately. If your claim involved a crime, contact police and file a report. We will need the police report number.

Settlement

Insurance is designed to protect your right to a proper defense. Don't let anyone coerce you into agreeing to pay for injuries or admit fault in the event of an accident.
